NEW PROGRAMME IN 2022
This beginners' friendly class is dedicated to those who has stopped BJJ for reasons like old injuries or/and hard rolling training partners but would like to be back on the mats
without all those worries. This one hour session is the perfect class to end the work week and welcome the weekend with some BJJ.
The session is a gi class and will run as follow:
Warm up (BJJ conditioning exercises)
Learn 3 techniques from a position
Drill + Slow Roll
Cool Down + Stretching
Smile and enjoy the weekend!
Class is on every Friday 5:30pm. Gi Rental is available
In accordance with the new measures set by our government regards to the Covid 19 situation, every training session:
Pre booking is required for every session via 98537488.
Duration per session is kept at 1 hr.
There will be half hour interval between sessions for smooth transition and cleaning of equipment and area.
There will be penalty for last minute cancellation (less than 6 hours before session). Hope to seek your understanding.
